Our Causes

Our Causes encompasses a wide range of initiatives aimed at improving lives and addressing critical global challenges. Here are some key areas of focus:

EDUCATION

We sponsor the education of orphaned children of our departed descendants of Balogun Kuku and others who really could not afford to pay for their children's education.

We dispatch educational grants to eligible winners of such awards as donated by members of the Foundation. Example: ₦250,000 Annual Medical Student Scholarship Award, and more.

Distribution of books to school children in the Dynasty.

HEALTHCARE

Free Medical Screening and Consultation.

Medical retainership for treatments with a Specialist Hospital in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, including medications, all on the bill of the BKF.

Sponsor requests of a good number of family members who need school fee grants, computers and other educational tools.

BASIC NEEDS

We provide food and basic needs to beneficiaries within the Dynasty.

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Cancer Appeal Fund

The Balogun Kuku Foundation successfully executed a ₦10 Million Medical Appeal Fund in support of Boluwatife, a 22-year-old descendant of Balogun Kuku who was diagnosed with colon cancer. The Foundation coordinated donations, provided financial support, and oversaw access to radiotherapy and essential medications throughout his treatment. Despite these dedicated efforts and the collective support received, Boluwatife sadly passed away. His courage and resilience remain deeply remembered, and the Foundation remains committed to supporting others in need.
